Downtown Tampa Photoshoot

Downtown Tampa Fashion

I wanted to take it back today to the day my brother and I headed for Downtown Tampa in lieu of a new photoshoot. I have to say that Tampa has played such a HUGE part of my life. I finished my degree here, made life-long friends, and continue to learn a little about myself and how much road rage I have from the insane drivers we deal with here (and you thought I was getting mushy). Truth is, Tampa has become “home” to me and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Most of my friends said I was crazy for moving 2 short weeks after high school graduation. And I admit, it scared me shitless to think I’d have to start a new life – new friends, new places to shop (though that wasn’t too difficult ;)), getting around the city, etc. And, I mean, sure the smell on Waters and Anderson can truly drive any tourist away… but it makes me realize that a lot of what I learned in moving here has led me to this. To blogging! My untamed addiction for fashion and style, love for the city, and coffee… lots of coffee! So, this post is dedicated to the one of many things that I’m thankful for… and it’s you, Tampa! Thanks for the best 6 years a girl could ask for.

Would you guys want a guide on where to eat when you visit? Places to go.. things to see? Let me know in the comments section and I’ll round up a post of good stuff for you! – M
