Weekend Trips: Oxford Exchange

Oxford-Exchange-Salad

There aren’t many things I regret in life, but if there were one it would be to have blogged about more about where I grew up — FLORIDA!

I lived in Naples, FL for about 18 years until moving to Tampa for college. Tampa is still very much a home away from home for me and I regret not sharing my favorite places to eat and play. Florida may be flat and humid but weekend visits for us never seem to be long enough. Mostly because we have family and friends to see, clashing schedules, and so many places we want to visit that our trips are shortened quite a bit before we even get there. If you follow me on social media you know I rave quite often about a little place called Oxford Exchange. It’s a brunch/lunch restaurant, book store, and event space with a contemporary and classic English feel. I’ve long-obsessed over the beautiful brick walls, the natural lighting that shines through the glass-encased conservatory, and just about everything on their menu. It’s a dream wedding venue and we’ve had our hearts set so much that we’ve decided to get married in Florida just to accommodate this location! I know many of you have asked the details of our wedding but I hope these pictures will serve as some sort of justice until we’re able to capture the real deal. So sit back, get a tissue and prepare yourself for drool-worthy goodness that is, Oxford Exchange! xo, M.
